2. What we sell

We are an online retailer of physical home-organization products. We sell finished consumer goods only. We do not provide installation, fitting, repair, maintenance or any trade or contracting service.

3. Orders & acceptance

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the listed products subject to these terms. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already taken.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD, $) and exclude shipping and any taxes or duties, which are shown or noted at checkout.
• We take reasonable care to price accurately; if we discover an error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
• Payment is taken securely through our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). By paying you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Product information & safe use

We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, load limits and suitable surfaces. Wall-mounted items must be fixed following the supplied instructions and only to suitable, sound surfaces, using fixings rated for your wall type. You are responsible for assessing your own walls and for safe assembly and use. Stated load limits assume correct installation and even loading.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All site content, images and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
