What currency are prices in?
All prices on the store are in US Dollars (USD, $). Your bank converts to your local currency if needed.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Payment pages are handled securely by those providers — we never store your full card number.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. US delivery is typically 3–7 business days; international 4–18 business days. See the Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard US shipping on orders over $55. Other orders show a flat rate at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when the parcel is collected by the carrier.
Who pays import duties?
For deliveries outside the US, any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are set by your local customs authority.
Returns
What is your returns window?
14 days from delivery, for unused items in original packaging. Full details in our Returns & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Email support@watkinsph.shop within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Products & fitting
Do you install or fit products?
No. We are an online retailer of finished products only — we don't offer installation, fitting or any trade service. Wall items ship with fixings and clear instructions for self-assembly.
How much weight can wall items hold?
Each product page lists a maximum load, the fixing method, and suitable wall surfaces. Limits assume correct installation into a sound surface with fixings rated for your wall type.
